I feel that Tepeu is great and Majin is not bad either, but some of the other voices you hear can be a tad too “animated” if you know what I am saying. The voice acting is kind of all over the place. The soundtrack is very fitting to the tone of the story and the game is fully voice acted. I thought the character models, especially Majin were a lot of fun. You can be in a dark castle-like area and then a bright green forest. However, the fantasy setting is done quite well and I liked the variety of the areas you will be in. It may be lacking in the finer details you would expect in a AAA title like a Red Dead Redemption for example.

It is actually a lot of fun and you even level up, learn new abilities, and have to backtrack to areas once you get new abilities to get into previously locked areas. You have to frequently team up to get past not just puzzles, but enemies and bosses too. Sometimes the pair are separated and you have to play more in a stealth manner as Tepeu does not have the strength Majin does. The game mixes combat and puzzles quite well.

The kingdom was once a great place to thrive and people thrived here, but a Darkness overtook it one day and people started going missing. The plot of the game is like something out of a fairy tale or even some kind of fantasy novel/movie. It was pretty much overlooked by everyone, but I picked it up on a whim and it became a game that I championed real hard to get more people to give it a try.
Released back in 2010 for the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360, this was a bit of a budget title when it came out. Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom is a game that not a lot of people have heard about and a game that even fewer people have played.
